Justin Crawford
Managing Director
Justin founded New Start Energy with a hands-on approach and a passion for technical excellence. With over 20 years’ experience in power and automation systems, he leads the business with a focus on quality, reliability and customer care. Justin remains closely involved in every project, ensuring the solutions we deliver are safe, efficient and built to last.
When he’s not on site, you’ll often find him off-roading in his 4×4 or exploring new scuba diving spots.
Wendy Crozier
Business Operations Director
Wendy oversees the day-to-day running of the business — from project coordination and customer communication to logistics and finance. With a background in both operations and client management, she keeps everything (and everyone!) moving smoothly. Wendy’s friendly, organised approach helps make sure every project runs on time and to plan.
Outside of work, she enjoys scuba diving and long walks — preferably somewhere warm and with a good view!
Michael Morley
Marketing & Communications Manager
Michael leads our marketing and communications activity, helping share what we do and how we do it. With a background in technical marketing and brand development, he focuses on showing how New Start Energy’s expertise and values come through in every project. Michael’s creative approach ensures we stay connected with customers old and new.
Away from the office, Michael loves to be on the water, sailing whenever he gets the chance.
